This technology compliments traditional manufacturing methods like injection molding, offering the same thermoplastic materials and the same functional parts, but with the ability to create customized parts in low quantities without the need for expensive machine setups and molds.

As someone who’s always been curious about how things are made, I’ve been working in and around different types of manufacturing for over 20 years, with my primary background being in custom graphics, signage, and architectural displays. This has given me a diverse background in design, fabrication, and hardware applications. It has also given me good perspective on some of the needs for custom solutions within various manufacturing environments. I started 804 FAB to share my expertise and help all types of manufacturers find ways to benefit from this transformative technology.
